Our Story
The GreenHouse Community Center began in 1987 as a partner with the local Head Start program at Zion Lutheran Church. Initially, a grocery bag of food was provided to families in need from the greenhouse behind the church. Over the years, the organization has evolved, partnering with 2nd Harvest, Northwest Harvest, Project Beauty Share, and local grocery stores to ensure that basic needs are met for all community members.
Our Impact
Today, the GreenHouse Food Bank continues to serve individuals and families by providing essential food and clothing support.
