Our Story

Established in 1960, Greendale Playschool is an independent, non-profit preschool dedicated to providing a nurturing first-time school experience. Founded by a group of mothers seeking the best educational opportunities for their children, the school is now governed by a board of elected directors, all of whom are parents of current students. Located in the spacious new addition of the Greendale Community Church, Greendale Playschool operates independently and proudly employs certified educators. With years of commitment and experience, our passionate teachers have laid a solid foundation for academic success for thousands of children in southeastern Wisconsin.
