Greenbriar Children's Center

Our Story

Founded in 1949 by the Gamma Sigma Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Greenbriar Children's Center began as an orphanage for African-American children. Today, it serves children and families of all backgrounds through a variety of essential programs.
