Our Story
Housed in the historic "Green Pastures" home built in 1887, the C. S. Lewis Study Center in Northfield, Massachusetts, serves as a focal point for Christian hospitality, study, reflection, and learned conversation in New England. Our programs embody C.S. Lewis’s concept of “Mere Christianity,” inviting participation from Christians across all historic communions and welcoming everyone in the pursuit of truth, goodness, and beauty.
