The Shepherd’s House

Our Story

The Shepherd’s House has been dedicated to serving homeless women and families since 2003. With a leadership team that actively monitors trends and data related to homelessness, the organization has adapted to meet the growing needs of the community. In 2022, operations expanded from an 18-bed facility to a 64-bed facility, allowing for greater support. In 2023, a street outreach program was launched to assist unsheltered homeless individuals directly, connecting them with essential resources.

Impact

Since its inception, The Shepherd’s House has served over 2,978 clients, providing 100,665 nights of shelter and 301,461 meals. Additionally, over 1,030 clients have received mental health and addiction recovery support, totaling more than 50,280 casework hours.
