Grassroots Healthcare Foundation (GHF) was established in 2018 in response to the ongoing healthcare crisis in the United States. Dedicated to a grassroots solution, GHF serves vulnerable populations by providing Full Spectrum Primary Care. Targeting individuals who either cannot afford primary care or spend a disproportionate amount of their budget on healthcare, GHF offers a personalized healthcare experience. Amid the national debate on Universal Healthcare, GHF is committed to fulfilling this need by providing comprehensive outpatient primary and preventative care. The foundation thrives on a community that values human dignity, kindness, and collaboration, allowing members to contribute to the mission while enjoying the benefits of high-quality, personalized Direct Primary Care.
