About Grand Harbor Community Outreach Program

The Grand Harbor Community Outreach Program is an all-volunteer organization founded in 2001, dedicated to addressing the unmet needs of individuals and groups in Indian River County. With a focus on health, education, and human services, GHCOP raises funds through direct appeals, corporate sponsorships, and fundraising events, distributing these funds to over 30 local charities.

In the 2022-2023 season, GHCOP allocated $486,470 to local grantees, significantly impacting food security, mental health support, education, and housing for vulnerable populations.
