Our Story

Founded by Dr. Susan Njemanze, Graceworks Hope Network for Children International emerged from a deep compassion for children affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic in rural Kenya. After being sponsored to study in the United States, Susan returned to her homeland and was heartbroken to witness the devastation left in the wake of the epidemic. Many children had lost their parents and were left in the care of impoverished relatives. In 2007, she established Graceworks to provide essential support to these vulnerable children.

Our Impact

Graceworks is dedicated to transforming the lives of orphans and vulnerable children in Rwika, South-Eastern Kenya. By offering educational opportunities from preschool through secondary education, as well as support for higher education and vocational training, Graceworks ensures that these children have the chance to build a brighter future. Additionally, the organization provides food, clothing, medical care, and emotional support to meet the children's basic needs.
