Graceful Acres is an Equine Assisted Therapy Program located in Halifax, Pennsylvania. Founded by Jon Mattis, this initiative honors his grandmother, Grace, who inspired the mission of spreading love and kindness. With the support of his family, Jon transformed a dream into reality, utilizing the family farm to create a nurturing environment for healing through horses. Since its inception, Graceful Acres has made significant contributions to the community, earning the prestigious Jefferson Award in 2019, where Jon shared the inspiring stories of the extraordinary athletes they serve.
