Grace Medical Home

Our Story

Grace Medical Home is the result of a shared vision among dedicated leaders in Central Florida, inspired by the belief that serving neighbors is a calling. After a transformative medical mission trip to the Dominican Republic, local physicians recognized a similar need in Orlando. This led to the establishment of Grace Medical Home, which received its 501(c)(3) status in January 2008.

Impact

Since its inception in 2010, Grace Medical Home has served over 5,000 patients, significantly reducing emergency room visits and saving the healthcare system more than $2.4 million since 2015. The organization addresses the healthcare needs of the low-income, uninsured population in Orange County.
