About Grace Center for Adult Day Services

Grace Center for Adult Day Services is a vital resource located in Benton County, dedicated to serving seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Polk, Benton, and Linn counties. Established in 1983, this nonprofit organization emerged from a community task force that recognized the pressing need for adult day services in the mid-Willamette Valley. Initially operating just a couple of days a week, Grace Center has grown significantly, now providing services five days a week for 10 hours a day, accommodating around 100 participants annually.

Our Impact

Grace Center specializes in memory care and post-rehabilitation services, offering essential support to individuals recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, or surgeries. This not only enhances their quality of life but also provides vital respite to caregivers.
