Our Story
Grace and Peace Missionary Fellowship began its journey in 1985 when Bill Rumple embarked on his first missions trip to Haiti. Over the next decade, Bill made numerous trips to Haiti, eventually crossing into the Dominican Republic in 1998 to address the pressing needs he encountered. In 1999, he sold his business in the U.S. and dedicated his life to building a mission house in the Dominican Republic. By January 2000, Bill and his family had moved to the Dominican Republic to serve full-time.
Impacting Lives
Over the past 15 years, Grace and Peace has developed a comprehensive Children's Education Program, enrolling 275 children, and a Widow Program that provides spiritual and physical nourishment to 105 widows and widowers. The organization has also initiated a Farming Project on a 45-acre site, built a medical clinic, and organized a clean water distribution program, significantly improving the quality of life for many.
