Grace and Mercy Community Outreach, Inc. is dedicated to serving and empowering individuals in the community to improve their quality of life. Located in the heart of the community, the organization conducts needs assessments and develops strategies to help individuals lead constructive lifestyles. Collaborating with the Department of Corrections and local homeless coalitions, they address critical issues such as recidivism and homelessness.

Impact

Through transitional homes, Grace and Mercy has successfully housed veterans and individuals recovering from addiction, providing them with essential casework and support services to aid their reintegration into society.
