Empowering Women Veterans

Grace After Fire, founded in 2002, began as The Women's Heart with a mission to enhance healthcare access for women Veterans facing challenges such as substance abuse. Under the leadership of retired Air Force Colonel Kim Olson and US Navy Corpsman Tana Plescher, the organization evolved to focus on empowering women Veterans. By connecting them with essential resources and tools, Grace After Fire helps these brave women transition successfully from military to civilian life.

Impacting Lives Since 2002

Since its inception, Grace After Fire has positively impacted over 1,000 women Veterans and their families, providing more than $100,000 in financial assistance and facilitating over 80 peer-to-peer support group sessions.
