Founded in 1961, Gowanda Ambulance Service has proudly served the community for over 50 years. Initially a volunteer organization, it became a non-profit in 1963 and transitioned to a paid staff model in 2010. Today, it offers 24/7 Paramedic-level ambulance service to Collins, Dayton, Persia, Perrysburg, and Gowanda, ensuring that emergency medical care is always within reach.
