Our Story

Founded in 1954 through a collaboration between the Eugene Rotary and the Eugene Women’s League, Goodwill Industries of Lane and South Coast Counties has been a beacon of hope for those facing employment barriers. With the opening of its first retail store in 1958, the organization has grown to serve thousands in the community.

Impact

Each year, over 2,000 individuals benefit from Goodwill's vocational training programs, which are funded by the sale of donated goods. An impressive ninety cents of every dollar goes directly to supporting these life-changing initiatives.
