Our Story

Founded in 1921 by Reverend J. H. Beauchamp, Goodwill Industries of Delaware has dedicated over a century to empowering individuals through job training and rehabilitation services. With a philosophy of providing a hand up, not a hand out, Goodwill has become a cornerstone of support for the community.

Impact

In 2023, Goodwill employed over 445 individuals and provided more than 25,400 hours of paid work experience to justice-system involved citizens, while successfully diverting over 10,800 tons of goods from landfills.
