Our Story

Founded in 1999 by a passionate group of volunteers, GoldHeart Golden Retrievers Rescue Inc is dedicated to rescuing and rehoming Golden Retrievers and golden mixes. Initially formed to complement the efforts of the Golden Retriever Rescue Education and Training (GRREAT), GoldHeart focuses its mission in Maryland, south-central Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Over the years, GoldHeart has successfully placed over 1260 dogs in loving forever homes, thanks to the unwavering support of over 500 members and volunteers.
