Our Story
Founded in January 2000, Golden Rule Services addresses health and racial inequities faced by Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color (BIPOC) communities in Sacramento County. GRS has developed into a leading HIV, STI, and HCV prevention and care program, offering free, culturally competent education and services.
