Our Story
The Golden Gate Men's Chorus, originally founded as the Dick Kramer Gay Men's Chorale in 1982, was envisioned by Dick Kramer to create a small men's ensemble inspired by the rich traditions of 19th-century European university choruses. Reorganized in 1988, the chorus continues to thrive, presenting high-quality performances that celebrate male choral music.
