Our Story

The Goals of Care Coalition of New Jersey was founded in 2018 to enhance communication and collaboration among stakeholders dedicated to improving care for individuals living with serious illness. By convening nearly 35 statewide organizations, GOCCNJ works tirelessly to increase access to high-quality, person-centered palliative and end-of-life care. This coalition includes diverse providers and academic institutions in New Jersey, all focused on training the next generation of healthcare professionals.
