Gloucester City Sail operates the North Wind schooner, providing local youth with unique opportunities to engage in science, history, and sailing on the Delaware River. Established in 1993, this nonprofit organization has been dedicated to offering experiential youth programs and sailing charters in the Philadelphia and Camden County area.
