Founded in 2009 by Helen Milby and Melika Carroll, Global Women’s Innovation Network (GlobalWIN) emerged from the need for a dedicated platform for women at the intersection of policy and innovation. Recognizing the significant contributions women were making in their fields, GlobalWIN was established as a bipartisan networking forum to elevate talented women leaders and allies.
