Our Story

The Global Albanians Foundation (GAF) was founded in June 2018 by Mark Kosmo to address the challenges of donating to support Albania. Initially a collaborative effort among several organizations, GAF became an independent entity and achieved 501(c)(3) status in February 2019.

Impact

Since its inception, GAF has raised over $200,000 annually, positively impacting youth, education, and healthcare sectors in Albania. The organization has played a crucial role in facilitating disaster relief donations, establishing a reliable connection for the Albanian Diaspora to support local initiatives.
