Founded in April 2002, the Glen Ellyn Community Resource Center (GECRC) has been dedicated to uplifting the lives of low-income children in Glen Ellyn. Initially serving children at Parkside Apartment Complex, the organization has expanded its reach by establishing after-school programs in various local schools, including D41 Abraham Lincoln Elementary and CCSD89 Glen Crest Middle School. With a commitment to fostering literacy and social-emotional skills, GECRC plays a vital role in the community.
