Support for Glass Artists

Our Story

Founded in 1971 by visionaries Fritz Dreisbach, Mark Peiser, and William Bernstein, the Glass Art Society was established to unite the glass community. Inspired by the National Council on Education in the Ceramic Arts, GAS has become a pivotal organization for glass artists, designers, and enthusiasts. The GAS History Project, initiated in 2009, aims to document the contributions of glass artists worldwide, preserving their legacy for future generations.

Impact on the Glass Community

GAS serves as a vital hub for glass enthusiasts globally, providing opportunities to learn new technologies, explore innovative ideas, and foster professional relationships. This support is essential for the growth and development of the glass arts.

Why Donate?
