Our Story
Founded in 2015 by Seema R. Hingorani, Girls Who Invest (GWI) is dedicated to increasing the number of women in portfolio management and executive leadership within the investment management industry. Through intensive educational programs and meaningful paid internships, GWI creates a pipeline of talented individuals ready to succeed.
Impact
Since 2016, over 2,500 students from U.S. colleges and universities have participated in our programs, significantly contributing to gender diversity in the investment management sector.
