Our Story

The Girdwood Health Clinic, Inc. (GHCI) has been a cornerstone of healthcare in the Turnagain Arm communities since becoming a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in September 2015. Transitioning from a walk-in clinic to a comprehensive primary care facility, GHCI has expanded its services to include family practice physicians, nurse practitioners, and integrated behavioral health services. The clinic has been instrumental in addressing healthcare needs during the COVID pandemic and has recently completed a new state-of-the-art facility to enhance service delivery.
