Our Story

The Georgia Gang Investigators Association was established in 1998 to combat the rising tide of gang activity throughout Georgia. With over 500 members from law enforcement, corrections, and prosecutor’s offices, the GGIA is dedicated to providing essential intelligence, training, and intervention strategies to effectively address gang-related issues.

Our Impact

As the only statewide organization of gang investigators in Georgia, the GGIA plays a pivotal role in offering the majority of gang-related training across the state. This includes free courses for students and community groups, ensuring that vital knowledge is accessible to all.
