About the Georgia Resource Center

The Georgia Appellate Practice & Educational Resource Center, known as the Georgia Resource Center, was established in 1988 to address the critical need for appellate representation for individuals on death row in Georgia. This unique organization partners with the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, and Georgia State University College of Law to ensure that those facing the death penalty receive the legal support they deserve.
