Our Story

Genesis Non-Profit Housing Corporation was established in 1998 through a collaboration of Dwelling Place of Grand Rapids, Hope Network, and ICCF Community Homes. This initiative was born from the urgent need for permanent supportive housing for individuals and families facing special needs and low-income challenges. In 2021, GNPHC became an independent organization dedicated to expanding its mission to include housing for seniors.
