Our Story

Founded in 2007 at Barnard College in New York City, Gender Amplified is dedicated to celebrating women and gender-expansive music producers. By raising their visibility and developing a pipeline for equity in the music industry, this organization connects a passion for music with essential technical skills.

Impact

Since 2019, Gender Amplified has organized numerous production camps, significantly impacting the careers of many producers. To date, nearly $100,000 in placement fees has been secured for participants in our programs.
