Gaucho Creative was founded by students at the University of California at Santa Barbara for young leaders with diverse backgrounds to come together and support their career development Gaucho Creative holds workshops on campus for students to prepare their resumes and receive professional feedback on them and it assists students with internships and job placements The university does not have a business school so Guahco Creative focuses on and seeks to support students who are studying and are developing experience in the areas of market research strategy analysis brand strategy digital marketing and design and has placed students and alumni with all type of business from small nonprofit organizations to Fortune 500 companies
