The Gathering Inn

Our Story

Since 2004, The Gathering Inn has compassionately reached out to countless individuals experiencing homelessness, aiming to welcome new beginnings and transform lives. Originally established as a winter-only shelter serving 40 individuals each night, it has evolved into a multifaceted organization that now serves over 300 individuals and families daily. A collaboration of 13 local congregations initiated this mission, providing food, shelter, and dignity to those in need.

Impact

In 2023, The Gathering Inn provided 66,180 nights of housing for 690 guests, with 38% achieving sustainable housing. The organization also supported 36 children, 43 veterans, and 219 victims of domestic violence, ensuring that 85% of every dollar raised goes directly to programs.
