GANGS OUT OF DOWNEY

Gangs out of Downey was formed to promote awareness of the dangers of gangs and gang involvement, to educate on the methods to avoid gang involvement, to provide positive alternatives to gang involvement, and to intervene in situations where positive guidance would stimulate responsible behavior.
