Founded in 2015, Game Plan Inc. began as an after-school program for student athletes at Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt, Maryland. The mission is to empower these young individuals by teaching them entrepreneurship and exposing them to diverse career paths. By encouraging students to think beyond professional sports, Game Plan equips them with the tools to succeed in life, no matter their aspirations.
Since its inception, Game Plan has introduced student athletes to over 100 careers, facilitated 6 college tours, and inspired over 300 hours of community service. The program has also led to the donation of more than 1,000 socks to the homeless, the establishment of multiple student-run businesses, and numerous college scholarships and degrees. Most importantly, participants have transformed into well-rounded individuals, ready to win in life.
