In 2015, a collaborative effort led by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and local organizations initiated a revitalization plan for Johnstown. This grassroots movement, known as Vision Together 2025, mobilized over a thousand volunteers to enhance the community. As a result, the Central Park Square Capture team established Gallery on Gazebo, a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that enriches the cultural fabric of downtown Johnstown.
