Our Story

Established in 1994, the Gainesville Youth Chorus (GYC) is a vibrant, not-for-profit organization dedicated to nurturing the musical talents of singers aged 7-18. With two principal performing groups, the Concertina Choir and the Concert Choir, GYC offers a range of vocal and musicianship programs, individual and group coaching, and unique performance experiences. This organization serves as a cultural ambassador for Gainesville, Florida, inspiring joy and passion for singing through choral performances.
