Our Story
The Fuquay Varina Community Development Corporation was founded in 1991 by dedicated graduates of Fuquay Consolidated High School and committed community members. In 1997, the organization acquired the historic Fuquay Consolidated School campus, transforming it into a vibrant community hub. Today, this campus houses Childcare Network, Inc., which provides essential education and childcare services to local families. Additionally, the Courtyard Commons senior apartment complex, opened in 2003, offers much-needed housing for the elderly, ensuring they have a safe and supportive environment.
