Our Story

The Fund for Liberty and Justice is a dedicated non-profit organization established in March 2022, in response to the urgent humanitarian crisis caused by Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Founded by Joseph Bianculli, a former UN staff member, and Franz Shoaf, a US Special Forces veteran, FLJ mobilizes international volunteers to deliver essential supplies to those in need.
