Our Story

Filling Homes is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Northwest Ohio. Established in 1959 through the generosity of Mrs. Carrie Filling Vajen, this organization has evolved to create a nurturing environment for those who struggle to find care elsewhere.

Impact

Currently, Filling Homes supports over 120 individuals through its day program and offers residential and community services to many more, ensuring that everyone receives the necessary support to lead fulfilling lives.
