Front Yard Bikes began as a community bike shop in South Baton Rouge, founded by Dustin Lafont while he was a student at LSU. What started as a few kids needing help fixing their bikes has now grown to serve over 400 youth, providing them with essential skills and opportunities for personal growth and community involvement.
Front Yard Bikes aims to impact the youth of Baton Rouge by equipping them with skills in bike mechanics, workforce readiness, and academic support, fostering leadership and responsibility among participants.
