Our Story

Front Porch Alliance began in 1999 when three volunteers from Village Presbyterian Church knocked on doors asking, 'How can we help?' Over the past 20 years, the organization has expanded its programs to offer training, peer support, and community connections to youth, families, Elders, and residents of Eastside Kansas City, Missouri.

Impact

For over 20 years, our Minor Home Repairs and Partners Active in Learning (PALs) programs have positively impacted the lives of families living in the Ivanhoe neighborhood.
