Friends of Tonga Inc. is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to uplifting the Kingdom of Tonga. Founded in 2018 by Returned Peace Corps Volunteers in response to a devastating cyclone, this organization has grown to include a diverse team of leaders from various sectors worldwide. Together, they work tirelessly to support local disaster relief efforts, raise awareness about Tonga, and foster a community dedicated to the sustainable development of the region.

Impact in the Kingdom of Tonga

Friends of Tonga has made significant strides in improving the lives of individuals across the islands. Collaborating with local experts and community leaders, the organization has successfully distributed over 60 rainwater cisterns, supported W.A.S.H. services for more than 5,000 individuals, and awarded over 200 scholarships to low-resourced students.
