Our Story
The Washington County Children’s Justice Center was established in February 1997, initially operating in a small home donated by Dixie Regional Medical Center. This center was created through community contributions to serve 100 to 150 children annually. As the need grew, the center expanded, culminating in a new facility opened in April 2008, funded entirely by community donations.
Impact
Hundreds of children have found a safe and supportive environment at the center, facilitating their healing process and ensuring justice through collaboration with multidisciplinary partners.
