Their commitment led to the creation of a K-12 educational institution that emphasizes small class sizes and democratic governance. In 2000, the school transitioned to charter status, gaining greater autonomy and accountability, and has since been recognized as a model of educational success.

With over 3,000 graduates, Renaissance boasts an impressive 95% graduation rate and a 99% college acceptance rate, showcasing its profound impact on students and the community.
