Friends of the Orphanages was founded to provide educational and charitable assistance to children living in orphanages and children's homes. Focused on Orphanage Estado 29 in Mexico, established in 1957, the organization has grown from supporting five children to 45 children who are orphaned, abandoned, or abused.
