Our Story

The Colorado River Alliance, founded in 1994, is dedicated to educating the youth of Texas to become future leaders in river stewardship. With the support of the Lower Colorado River Authority, this 501(c)(3) organization focuses on sustainable water resource use and community conservation efforts.

Impact

Each year, the Colorado River Alliance reaches 14,000 community members and school children, removing 5,000 pounds of trash from the river and conserving 20 gallons of water through impactful programs.
