By providing long-term mentorship for over 12 years, each child is paired with a professional mentor, known as a Friend, who guides them in overcoming challenges and achieving their full potential.

With a remarkable success rate, 92% of youth enrolled go on to pursue post-secondary education, serve in the military, or enter the workforce. Additionally, 83% earn their high school diploma or GED, while 93% remain free from juvenile justice system involvement.
