Our Story

Friends of the Children - Boston is dedicated to breaking the cycle of generational poverty and trauma. By pairing youth facing significant obstacles with professional mentors, known as Friends, the organization provides long-term support that lasts over 12 years.

Impact

With a remarkable 92% of youth enrolling in post-secondary education, serving in the military, or entering the workforce, the program demonstrates its effectiveness. Additionally, 98% of participants earn a high school diploma or GED.
